Our Story
Our story began in Istanbul, Turkey, where CEO and Chef Bedri Gezgec was introduced to the food industry. He became an expert in Mediterranean cuisine.
After 15 years of cooking experience, Bedri traveled to Potomac, MD, USA in the 1970s, where he cooked for embassies and the prestigious Kennedy family. He started his own catering business that has thrived within the political network for the past 35 years. He has catered for embassies, senators, lobbyists, and even world-wide leaders and presidents. His passion has always been food, decor, and people.
